· The temperature of all personnel will be measured at the entrances and exits of the property and their general health status will be controlled and recorded with health units.
· In addition to providing training on general hygiene rules and COVID-19 to all employees, all details are recorded by carrying out audits with the established internal audit teams.
· The number of disinfectant units was increased both in the workplaces and in the personnel areas by making the necessary directions for the employees to disinfect their hands more frequently.
· Dwelling houses and shared areas of the employees (dining hall, rest area, laundry etc.) are disinfected periodically.
· Necessary information on COVID-19 measures will be provided to all guests at check-in.
· During the check-in procedures, the detailed travel history of the guests will be recorded by performing the process within the framework of social distance rules.
· Necessary arrangements will be made within the scope of social distance rules in general areas and restaurant.
· Each product entering the property is stored after disinfecting with special equipment in isolated areas. Besides, necessary disinfecting procedures will be applied before serving.
· Health instructions will be strictly followed by ensuring that kitchen and restaurant employees who are in contact with guests will serve with hygienic gloves and masks.
· In the open buffet units, in order to minimize the contact of the guests with the products, tongs, ladles and similar tools used in the service will only be used by the kitchen staff with masks and gloves.
· The number of employees was increased by making new arrangements in order to reduce the waiting time of the guests at the open buffet and to prevent them creating a crowd together.
· In the open buffet service, cold, dessert, salad and fruit varieties will be served in portions with special presentation materials to minimize the contact of guests with the products.
· Upon the request of guests, drinks will be served in single-use cups. Besides, masks and gloves will be provided to the guests, if they wish.
· Restaurants, lobby area and management offices will be disinfected with special disinfectants by the officials according to the service hours.
· Toilets in the general areas will be cleaned with special disinfectants every hour.
· All sunbeds at the beach will be meticulously disinfected with suitable cleaning products daily.
· The staff assigned to room cleaning is obliged to use hygienic mask and glove. Besides, separate masks will be used for every room and masks will be changed after general space cleaning processes.
· All rooms will be ventilated under suitable conditions and will be cleaned delicately with special solutions.
